If arrival is outside shopping times a small 'starter supply' will be left of bread, butter, ham or cheese, milk, eggs, teabags, coffee, sugar and of course a bottle of local wine.

However if a more substantial shop is required the proprietor will organise this up to the value of money requested by the client. These provisions would need to be paid for on arrival.
